Overview
LINK is a student organization that organizes LINK-dagarna, a large career fair at Linköping University every November. As Head of Web & IT, I was responsible for all technical aspects, including maintaining our website, linkdagarna.se, and developing several key systems for the fair, such as an interactive fair map. I led a team of four students to develop these systems efficiently under tight deadlines.

Goals
The goal was to provide a seamless digital experience for both students and exhibitors, ensuring efficient registration, scheduling, and communication through the platform.

An interactive map showing company booth locations and navigation throughout the fair venue.
Event sign-up/check-in system
Digital registration and check-in system for students and companies attending the fair.
Contact call system
A system for students to request meetings with company representatives. And for companies to pick and schedule students.

Summary
My role as Head of Web & IT was an invaluable experience that challenged me to manage large-scale systems and collaborate effectively with multiple teams. The event was a great success, with positive feedback from both students and companies.
